Legal Settlement Allows for 1st Maritime Transport of State-Legal Cannabis in Massachusetts

The state’s Cannabis Control Commission issued an administrative order permitting shipment of marijuana over intrastate waterways as part of a settlement in a lawsuit Vicente LLP filed on behalf of licensed dispensaries on the islands of Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket.
