Virginia Hemp Businesses Fined $12.4 Million Since July 2023, Including $1.6 Million Last Month

Since new restrictions on edible hemp-derived products kicked in early last summer, the state’s Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services has cited hundreds of businesses for 20,175 violations.
