Horrible. Highly advise ALL brands to stay away. They ordered a measly little $2000 first time order, and we even gave them 60-day terms. Then when 60 days rolled around they ghosted and when they did reply came up with a litany of excuses. Now they are asking for another 3 months to pay. That would total 7 months to collect $2000. Unreal and shameful. If you can’t pay a $2000 invoice in 60 days, you should be shut down. You are not serving anyone or adding value to the industry.
